Dec 2021-into 2022 branch closure

We at your Legion Branch 124 wish to extend our best wishes to you, your family and friends and hope you are all safe and well.  The new year appears to have taken a turn pretty quickly with the rampant spread of the Omicron variant, resulting in further restrictions being imposed by the Provincial Government.   The health and safety of our Members, guests, staff, and volunteers is of the utmost importance to us so, in light of the current circumstances, your Executive Committee has decided, for the safety and welfare of all of our community, to postpone the reopening of the branch (planned for January 6), and the restart of our beloved fish fry (planned for January 13), until further notice. In addition, the Members’ Meeting tentatively scheduled for January 26, 2022 will now be held in February, restrictions permitting.

Thank you for your support and understanding during these difficult times.

Happy New Year and Stay Safe.

Yours in Comradeship,

Victor Packard

President, Br. 124
